About Shaye Pierce

I am a senior honors student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in the Isenberg School of Management currently pursuing a degree in Marketing. Growing up, I was influenced by the many small business owners within my family. This sparked a natural interest of business within me. However, I have always enjoyed art and expressing my creativity. I have combined these two passions into my area of study and I am eager to join a company that aligns with these interests. I am an artistic, hard-working and passionate individual and enjoy immersing myself in all the opportunities for improvement that come my way. While I take my academics very seriously, I also I am involved with several extracurriculars on campus and at home. I am honored to be a part of one of the few student run businesses on campus where I work alongside my twelve colleagues as a co manager. I have gained a great deal of knowledge regarding sales and marketing as a co manager and at my former internships that have solidified my interpersonal communication, time management and leadership skills. I am looking to continue my professional career with a company that has values similar to mine; empowering employees to do their best work and promoting creativity within the workplace.
