ABOUT SHAYAN YAGHOUBI
Shayan is a Professional Engineer with over 9 years of experience in Process Engineering, Sales Management, Key Account Management, and Business Development in the area of water/wastewater treatment in consulting, original equipment manufacturing (OEM), and research and development (R&D) settings. Over the coarse of his experience, he has been involved in numerous water/wastewater projects in Mining, Water Reuse, Cooling Tower Blowdown, and Drinking Water Applications. His engineering experience includes, but not limited to, developing mass balance across treatment train, technology evaluation/selection, equipment sizing, and developing CAPEX and OPEX estimates from feasibility study to detailed engineering phase. Aside from technical expertise, Shayan has held key roles in strategizing municipal and industrial bids for different project delivery methods (DB, DBB, PDB, CMAR, DBOM) and strategic partnership in manufacturing setting. Shayan is currently leading the Capital Equipment Projects for the High Technology and Data Center sector for H2O Innovation globally. He holds a master\'s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto with a focus on Advanced Water Treatment Technologies and Process Design, in particular membrane-based systems (MBR, MF/UF, and NF/RO).
