The project also involved constructing a flow entry structure at WRF1 for water discharge management. Responsibilities included evaluating six alternatives for the flow control facility and analyzing pipeline rehabilitation techniques such as sliplining with PVC, HDPE, and CIPP. Worked closely with manufacturers to assess life cycle costs, providing recommendations aligned with project objectives, maintenance needs, and construction considerations. Addressed challenges such as the impact of Prado Dam and contributed to CEQA documentation for regulatory compliance.WRP Splitter Box Rehabilitation Project, City of San ClementeCivil Engineer responsible for replacing the Slater Lift Station, which had reached the end of its service life.
