Develop an in-depth understanding of the organization\'s recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for optimization. Oversee the full lifecycle of technical and professional hires, collaborating with hiring managers to define needs, develop job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Design and deliver training programs to hiring managers and interview teams on best practices in talent acquisition, ensuring consistent and effective processes across the organization. Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance to people leaders on effective employee motivation strategies, performance management techniques, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Manage and drive the organization\'s employee engagement strategy, including the design, implementation, and analysis of engagement surveys, and the development of action plans to address identified areas for improvement.Oversee the organization\'s performance management cycle, ensuring timely and effective performance reviews and feedback. Equip people leaders with the skills and knowledge to identify high-potential employees and create opportunities for their growth and development within the organization. Manage and promote approved talent development activities.Collaborate with people leaders to identify and facilitate appropriate development opportunities for their team members. Track key talent metrics (e.g, time-to-hire, retention rates, engagement scores, development participation) and provide regular reports and insights to leadership to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives.Contribute to the development and implementation of talent-related policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with legal requirements and best practices.
