Hi, I’m Shay J!I’m a former student-athlete with 20 years of basketball experience, and my journey has been shaped by both sports and technology. I earned a full athletic scholarship to Concordia University, completing both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees—an experience that built my resilience, leadership, and drive.I began my career as a manager with Milwaukee County Parks before transitioning to Apple, where I’ve spent the past three years advancing from Part-Time Specialist to Expert, and now serving as Product Zone Lead. Along the way, I’ve developed a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and creating meaningful customer experiences.Currently, I’m expanding my skills through the Web Development AAS program at Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC), combining my technical knowledge with my background in leadership and customer engagement.Whether on the court or in the workplace, I’m committed to growth, teamwork, and making an impact.
