With over 15 years of experience in sales operations, technical assistance, and business partner management, I am a senior people-focused manager who leads with passion, integrity, and innovation. I have earned two promotions in my 14-year progressive career at Salesforce, the global leader in CRM and cloud computing, where I oversaw the Partner Program Operations and Support process for the industry’s foremost digital apps marketplace, the Salesforce AppExchange.As a Salesforce Certified Associate, a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, and a Jira Cloud Edition learner, I have developed and demonstrated strong skills in data analysis, analytical thinking, and technical support. I have also excelled in building and training diverse and high-performing teams, collaborating with product managers and alliance partners, and solving complex and challenging problems. I have contributed to the largest team closing 7K cases per quarter, mobilized my team in testing and recommending changes and improvements to partner products every month, and built an automated service-order processing tool that is still in use to this day.
