During this period, Shawn has been focused on using business systems to improve processes and finding ways to fill gaps in existing systems with ancillary cloud-based products. This experience provides a broad knowledge of systems, including PCs, Macs, Networking, AS/400, and mobile devices. Security has also been a focus, including securing mobile devices, VPN Tunneling, VPN Clients, systems monitoring for HIPAA and HITECH, using proxy services, and firewall standardization to meet corporate policies and federal requirements-Virtualization has been an area of focus for Shawn and an important area of systems reliability and uptime. Assuring the physical-to-virtual conversions of many systems has helped create a reliable workplace. In January 2014, Agency Eagle was renamed from Laguna Internet Technologies as part of a re-branding process to reflect new and updated products and services.Today, Agency Eagle continues to provide a wide range of website, customer service and internet marketing services to the insurance industry.
