About Shawn W. Daly
I have nearly 30 years experience in the retirement industry providing retirement solutions to retirement institutions and consultants. Currently at MassMutual - MML Investor Services (MMLIS) broker/dealer, I am responsible for creating an experience by managing and developing product solutions that will help MMLIS Financial Advisors manage their practice and grow their business by helping their clients/prospects in the institutional retirement space. Previously, I worked at both VALIC and Lincoln where I helped retirement firms and consultants stay informed on market trends and services with unique and innovative solutions that can help their retirement practice win more business. For many years I worked in many different roles at Prudential Retirement, which was acquired CIGNA Retirement back in 2004. Responsibilities included helping terminated participants understand their retirement distribution options, supporting retirement firms with operational data feeds and selling agreements, as well as managing firm relationships and an executive team responsible for developing emerging retirement advisor relationships.With my wife, Eileen, and daughter, Shannon, I\'m very active in the athletic and philanthropic community. I\'m currently the President of the West Hartford Girls Basketball League. I\'m a Fourth Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus. I\'m also Chairman of the West Hartford Republican Town Committee. Recognized as a Jaycees Statesman, I\'m a former member of the Greater Hartford Jaycees Chapter and Foundation. I graduated from The University of Connecticut with a B.A, and earned an MBA with Excelsior College in Albany, NY.
