   As a Regional Director of Sales, I am responsible for the sales and growth of Natera’s genetic testing products to include noninvasive prenatal testing, carrier screen testing and miscarriage testing. I ensure profitable growth in sales, through the planning, execution and management of a team of 9 clinical field specialists and account sales representatives in the northern half of Florida. I am responsible for the development, activities and goal achievement of the team; I am also is responsible for budget management and coordination of corporate support to achieve sales goals. About Natera: Natera is a global leader in cell-free DNA testing. The mission of the company is to change the management of disease worldwide with a focus on women\'s health, oncology, and organ health. Natera operates an ISO 13485-certified and CAP-accredited laboratory certified under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) in San Carlos, Calif. It offers proprietary genetic testing services to inform obstetricians, transplant physicians, oncologists, and cancer researchers, including biopharmaceutical companies, and genetic laboratories through its cloud-based software platform.
