These core principles are the guiding path to my “why”. I work daily to be a champion in everything I do. Through serving others, I aim to display the leadership traits I have been fortunate enough to receive myself- I bring over two decades of information technology & leadership experience. I have achieved much success along with a few failures on my journey. We are an accumulation of our experiences. My mission is a daily grind to implement process improvement, operational excellence, critical & strategic thinking, tactical execution, to lead by example, take ownership for long-term value, raise the performance bar, and to create an ecosystem of standards-driven mentality up and down the chain of command. From desktop support through leading teams & startups at the Executive level, I have learned that determination and mission focus are only part of the skillset. One must master emotion and ego before achieving real success through serving.
