In 2018 I co-founded the crop insurance agency Redd Summit Advisors, and I’ve served as President as we have grown the agency to over 40 staff and $30M in annual revenue. The company was recently acquired by PCF Insurance, which has been named the #1 fastest-growing business in Utah for two years in a row. My background also includes five years in management consulting, highlighted by an interim COO role for a financial services client and management of a distributed support organization for travel industry software platform serving 25K clients. I have extensive experience building businesses from the ground up, developing high-performing teams, and defining and automating processes to achieve operational excellence. As a consultant, I have supported entrepreneurs in making their vision a reality by developing strategy and leading execution for effective operations. I have also contributed to leading sales and account management, customer success, and hiring and training across multiple departments.

I co-founded the business and served as a driving force in establishing the company, brand, vision, and culture of the company since its inception. The company now has 45 employees and $30M in annual revenues. In 2021, we were acquired by PCF Insurance as part of the company’s growth strategy via M&A, and I remain Redd’s President under new ownership.
