Worked on behalf of a cross-functional Global Digital Asset team, to identify Asset business challenges and strategic objectives, to which digital capability could contribute and / or differentiate Apache. • Identified and managed an executable roadmap of digital use cases for achieving those objectives within the function, and collaborated with cross-functional peers on the Global Digital Asset team to resolve shared dependencies and escalate prioritization needs. • Sprint management using Azure DevOps. • Supported Asset teams in defining the business impact and economic value of digital use cases. • Supported IT peers in defining the technical feasibility of digital use cases. • Defined use case requirements, validate delivered solution design, and manage work process impacts of digital use cases. • Acted on behalf of Apache to monitor the function’s digital service provider ecosystem, including field technology, information technology and consulting service providers. • Evaluated third-party technology vendors and partners in accordance with business priorities and opportunities. • Continued support of Global GHG calculations and reporting using ACTS by Intelex. • GHG Forecasting and Target modeling for the Corporation.
