With 20 years of experience in business and technology consulting, Shawn is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of developing strong partnerships with clients, employees and recruits. He has led Plaster Group to substantial year-over-year top line growth while maintaining a strong culture of career development for his leadership team. Prior to Plaster Group, Shawn spent 11 years with Accenture working with software in a variety of different capacities: software implementation, product development and product marketing.
