I currently have over three years in firearm industry, twelve years in the defense industry at the corporate level, fourteen years in the aerospace industry, and five years of result oriented success in military service. I have lead numerous teams to successful mission completion across the Middle East, Europe, Asia, Africa and Diego Garcia. I designed an entire manufacturing facility with four product lines utilizing lean manufacturing tools for greater efficiency. Created operational and quality programs/processes to improve efficiency and quality within Staccato 2011 and maintained less than 1 percent returns. Created a patented process for leak detection and awarded while in US Army for 50 cal. machine gun mount platform during Desert Storm. My experiences in highly diversified positions provide the foundation for improved and continued success to provide value to any organization.
