   Bloom Energy\'s first General Counsel, recruited to launch, build and lead the legal, regulatory and compliance functions and guide through IPO this pioneering, disruptive energy technology company (NYSE: BE). As a member of the Executive Management Team have played a key role in the Company\'s 30% CARG, driving the solid -oxide fuel cell platform adoption and implementing global product and market expansion including spearheading regulatory and cross-border transactional initiatives to expand the business and partnerships, and guiding the legal, regulatory, compliance and sustainability activities- Closed @$2.2b in secondary equity market and green bond financing @$5b in project financing- Navigated regulatory and policy challenges to open markets on a global basis for Bloom\'s innovative fuel cell power generation products- Implemented a global deal desk including development of project finance and sales models, standardization and automation to increase time to close and predictability of risk and project finance-ability.
