ProfessionalSince 1998 I have worked primarily in design and drafting related positions, such as AutoCAD Technician and Store Design/Space Planning. Within these roles my troubleshooting skills, attention to detail and communication skills have allowed me to take on additional roles such as trainer of new hires, reviewing, verifying and redlining the work of others, creating and maintaining spreadsheets and SharePoint sites, testing new programs or upgrades to existing programs and supporting other teams within the company such as sales and space optimization. CrafterAlong with my family, I created the website MyCutSearch.com (formerly CricutSearch.com) which allows people to search for images found on cartridges for the Cricut Cutting machines. My crafting website is ShawnMosch.com where you can find Cricut projects and classes.Specialties: ProfessionalExcellent customer service, communication, problem solving and organizational skills. Strong AutoCAD skills including new application testing.
