ABOUT SHAWN MEDDOCK

I build partnerships with schooldistrict leaders focused on improving outcomes for their students who most need mental health and academic support. My work at Effective School Solutions links our school district partners with mental health expertise and in-district clinical services that serve the whole child—safely, effectively, and sustainably. Throughout my post-classroom career and in the areas of EdTech, PK-12 curriculum, and student mental health services, I’ve helped superintendents and their teams implement solutions that strengthen instructional practice, provide research-proven interventions across the MTSS continuum, and deliver measurable results. What drives me hasn’t changed—it’s the belief that every student deserves access to high-quality curriculum, expert adult guidance, and genuine human care.
