The production line is separated into stations:I lead a team of technicians (Station 2) to perform various tasks such as: cockpit buildup, harness routing for the power distribution units, TCAS installation, electronic LRU installs, hydraulic system flushes, hydraulic LRU installs, fuel system installs, fuel system leak checking with pressure decay/helium sniffing, forward evaporator installation, air conditioning line connection, empennage buildup/installation, backlash measuring, and empennage harness routing.I previously lead a team of technicians (Station 3) to perform various tasks such as: passenger cabin fiberglass insulation install, flight control cable routing/over-tensioning, flight control cycling, powering on the aircraft for the first time, loading software, aft baggage electronic LRU install, stair installation, anti-icing bleed air system installation, anti-icing system leak checking with nitrogen, cockpit electronic LRU installs, and the cockpit ceiling installation.
