Essential Functions: Manage run-sustain and campaign queue for Microsoft Stores online marketplace for the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions, including Heros/CPs, Search/AS, IP image cuts, Demand Gen, Collections, and Toolkit requests. Work with stakeholders to ensure creative direction is clear and manageable and assets are adequate, assign tasks to writers and designers, closely monitoring intake volume and team capacity. Lead meetings across teams, including stand-ups with copywriters and designers, internal and stakeholder creative reviews, and campaign kickoffs.
