About Shawn Higley

Growing up, I used to build intricate road networks, dams, canals, bridges, shopping centers, mining operations and about anything else you can imagine in my mother\'s back yard. I am not quite sure she was thrilled with the outcome, but it seems I was destined to be a Civil Engineer. Today, I am a Civil/Environmental Engineer with WWC Engineering, a progressive, multi-disciplinary civil/environmental engineering firm that specializes in solving complicated problems and building value for our clients. I am a driven, goal-oriented person, leader and problem solver. My passion is working with people to find affordable and effective solutions to complicated engineering problems.
