My journey began in healthcare, where I developed a deep desire to support others in overcoming life’s challenges. In 2013, I earned my Master’s in Social Work with a specialization in Interpersonal Trauma Studies from the University of Denver, leading me to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Addiction Counselor.In 2017, I founded Alpine’s Empowerment Agency, a trauma-informed private practice that has since transformed the lives of hundreds across Colorado, Missouri, and Illinois. Through evidence-based therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), I guide individuals toward healing and personal growth.Beyond clinical work, I am the author of Shifting Your Mindset: A Guide to Overcome Depression, Anxiety & Trauma and an experienced speaker and workshop facilitator. I collaborate with organizations to promote mental and emotional wellness, leading training sessions on trauma recovery, resilience, and self-care strategies.My mission is to empower, educate, and transform lives through therapy, education, and advocacy.
