Portfolio consists of assets in different stages of development including acquisition, development, lease up, stabilization and disposition. • 38 Assets, 12,903 units with estimated market value of $6.5B DEVELOPMENT Work with developers in each division to determine site selection, product offerings, asset programming, market evaluation, and underwriting of rents and expenses. • 28 Assets currently in the development pipeline LEASE UP Development of lease up strategies for new assets. Selection and oversight of Property Management Companies that will operate the communities. Weekly strategy calls with JV Partners and Property Management. • 15 Assets successfully leased up totaling 3813 units CONSTRUCTION Once a site has been fully entitled and capitalized, I work with construction to deliver the vision of the developers. This includes review of construction drawing, RFI’s, property inspections, box walks, unit acceptance and warranty management. • 7 Assets currently under construction DISPOSITION Work with brokers to solicit opinions of value and implement plans to maximize the sale price of the assets. Review offers and negotiate purchase and sale agreements. Coordinate with buyers, attorneys, and escrow companies to finalize transactions. • 12 Assets sold valued at over $1.65 billion since 2019 ASSET MANAGEMENT- LONG TERM HOLD Providing asset management services for a portfolio of assets held long term to ensure integrity of our Alexan brand and to maximize value for the partners.
