In addition, Mr. Sweeney is a principal of TSB Realty, an affiliate company. At TSB Capital Advisors, Mr. Sweeney is responsible for sourcing new business, analyzing transactions and managing the due diligence process for clients. Mr. Sweeney has an in-depth knowledge of student housing having consulted on over $8 billion in closed transactions, resulting in nearly beds on and off campus, at over 150 locations nationwide. Prior to joining TSB Capital Advisors and forming TSB Realty, Mr. Sweeney worked as a Senior Vice President at a Philadelphia-based investment banking firm. While at the firm, Mr. Sweeney was involved in over $500 million in closed financings across multiple types of real estate. Mr. Sweeney received his M.B.A. from Temple University and his B.S. in Mathematics from the Pennsylvania State University.
