I am on a 1-year detail as the Acting Director of NASA\'s Astrophysics Division. Our team manages the agency\'s fleet of space-based astronomy observatories and the research that is conducted with them. We also work with the community to plot our course for the future, with strategies for determining the observatories of tomorrow. All of this takes a huge amount of collaboration amongst our interdisciplinary teams, with a variety of external collaborators, and with immensely talented folks throughout NASA.
