With 15+ years at the intersection of data, growth strategy, and healthcare innovation, I’ve always been drawn to complex problems—especially the kind that sit at the heart of how we deliver and pay for care. Today, I lead Payor & Value-Based Care Partnerships, working with leaders who are just as obsessed with improving outcomes as I am.Earlier in my career, I led growth analytics and data science at Aetna’s Medicare business as an Executive Director at CVS Health where I led growth acquisition for its Medicare Advantage business via machine learning, some sharp marketing strategy, and a ton of collaboration. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for how payors grow, what slows them down, and where data can actually make a difference.Now at Infinitus, I’m helping health plans and providers unlock the power of responsible Voice AI—not to replace people, but to help them focus where it really counts. We’re rethinking member engagement around high-value moments like Health Risk Assessments, care gap closures, and medication adherence. The goal: reduce friction, improve STAR ratings, enhance member experience, and ultimately improve health outcomes.
