A career of 26 years in aviation supply chain with cross-functional experience in leading procurement, purchasing, planning, production control, 5S lean manufacturing, inventory management, logistics, operations and new system implementation. A personal achievement of earning and using a Class A CDL license with HazMat endorsements. Notable highlights of my experience include: • Achieved performance targets and deadlines (KPI’s) by coordinating and prioritizing tasks while utilizing appropriate resources to execute action plans. • Led warehouse reorganization at new facility, while managing production requisition inventory and customer OTD shipment requirements during company move without disruption or impact to quality and certification accuracy. • Recognized team member for MRP systems upgrades/replacements as SME for processes within specific departments. • Evaluated, organized, and maintained secure Storeroom in line with new material and CFE segregation per FAA regulations. • Acted as a part of new ERP (MS Dynamics 365) implementation team as well as Safety Committee Chairman for 2 years while coordinating with EHS Director for safety procedural improvements.
