I support organizations in deepening their commitment to gender justice, feminist leadership, and systems change by advising on strategy, capacity-building, and institutional transformation. My work focuses on shifting organizational culture, decision-making processes, and leadership structures and emergent learning to ensure that feminist and anti-racist values are embedded into governance, programming, and funding strategies. Through my research, writing, and advisory work, I have guided organizations through assessments of their internal culture, supported affinity groups and staff in navigating change, coached leadership teams and published resources and guides on themes such as diversity, equity and inclusion, feminist leadership, governance accountability and collective care. I have worked with clients such as IWDA, UNICEF, Wellspring Philanthropic Fund, Open Society Foundation-Europe and more.
