By day, I lead Armada\'s global R&D, G&A, and Marketing recruiting teams in addition to the Recruiting Operations team. My team manages all the full life-cycle recruiting activities for R&D, G&A, and Marketing roles; while also owning the operational excellence of our systems, analytics, and global recruiting programs. My team empowers and enables our global Recruiters to connect, network, and onboard top talent interested in pursuing their dream job at our amazing edge computing company. By night, I\'m a plotting my next trip to Tahoe, exploring new restaurants and food trucks, attending Big10 College Football games, testing out new recipes on my friends & family, taking our goldendoodle for walks, and binge-watching my favorite shows on Netflix.
