About Shawn Morgan
No business wants to end up in protracted, unnecessary litigation, so I work with clients to proactively avoid such situations. I help clients create, modify, and implement policies related to cybersecurity, data privacy, and emergency response. When a client has a time of stress, I help them navigate through the problem by preserving evidence, interacting with regulatory agencies, and being an advocate for their success. My clients, and their stakeholders, appreciate my balanced approach to litigation. I analyze with my clients the business impact of litigation before a decision is made to fully litigate a matter. I love the courtroom and, if the client prefers a bench or jury trial, I am confident in my ability to work towards a favorable outcome. Should a client choose an alternative means of dispute resolution, such as mediation, I am also a seasoned negotiator. When I am not handling client concerns, I enjoy traveling with my husband and family, especially to national parks.
