Over the past two decades, I have grown multiple ventures across hospitality, construction, and real estate—each driven by strategic vision, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to customer experience.As the Co-Founder of Monster Dogs, Seattle’s premier gourmet hot dog catering brand, I lead a company recognized by national and regional media including People Magazine, The Travel Channel, Rachael Ray, Seattle Magazine, Seattle Met, A New Day on KING 5, MSN, Yahoo News, and more. Monster Dogs has become a culturally known Seattle brand, serving high-volume festivals, corporate clients, and events ranging from 20 guests to attendees. Our rapid growth reflects my passion for brand-building, operational leadership, and delivering exceptional service.I also founded and operate Honey Just Do It, a remodeling and construction company known for quality workmanship and trust-based client relationships. Both businesses have experienced year-over-year growth under my leadership, supported by strong operational systems and a highly engaged team.Expanding my scope, I am now building Morrison-Tiji Holdings, a multi-entity structure that will house my operating companies, real estate ventures, and philanthropic initiatives—including a nonprofit foundation honoring my late sister Michelle, focused on empowering Black girls and women through scholarships and community support.My entrepreneurial journey is fueled by resilience, strategy, and a deep commitment to impact.
