SENIOR PROGRAM EXECUTIVE I am an established program leader with proven experience developing, introducing, and driving adoption of strategic initiatives across the public and non-profit sector. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated consistency in delivering a quality work product, with a core focus of meeting grant requirements, mission objectives, and achieving a positive impact. My most recent success can be seen as CEO and President of M Squared Enterprises, where I lead the boutique consulting firm that specializes in working with both public and private sector clients. SELECTED CAREER HIGHLIGHTS Completed a 9-month project in just 90 days and saved 67% of the projected program budget; built the place-making plan for the Oklahoma City Innovation District. Took over grant management for Oklahoma State University and saved the university from losing a highly respected US Department of Education grant due to non-compliance. Introduced a new program to analyze existing deliverables and concentrate crops to meet public demand, reversing a multi-year decline in plant sales. Served as Chief Architect of a new software system (OKjobmatch.com), the first-ever Oklahoma site that allowed potential employers to see potential employees.
