We believe that education should equip students not just to pass tests, but to thrive in real life. As the Lead Educator at SAFE Alternative, and as as founding member of our new Workforce Development Center, I design learning experiences that connect the classroom to careers. I work with youth to build academic confidence, explore vocational pathways, and develop the mindset and skills needed to succeed beyond school, especially in communities where access and opportunity have been historically limited. Through culturally responsive instruction, hands-on programming, and intentional mentorship, I help students feel seen, supported, and prepared to walk in purpose.
