There are learning journeys for every role with the option to custom design learning opportunities that work for you. IDENTITY AND ADVOCACY: Explore identity development and discuss how our identities can impact our interaction with others. This workshop series helps attendees develop the skills to be an effective and active ally for marginalized individuals and groups. LEADERSHIP: Leaders are found in all levels and roles in an organization, both formally and informally, managing people, programs, and projects. This series of workshops helps leaders employ inclusive practices for their own growth as well as the development of others. EXECUTIVE: With the extended DEI Fundamentals workshop and deep dive into DEI programming, this journey is designed for executives and other decision-makers leading their organization from the upper-most tiers.
