The Sr. Director, Transformation will serve as a strategic leader driving enterprise-level organizational effectiveness, workforce optimization, and change management initiatives. This role partners closely with the Executive Team and People Team to design and implement operating models, structures, processes, and strategies that accelerate performance and improve agility. • Lead comprehensive organizational assessments to identify inefficiencies, talent gaps, andopportunities for structural improvement across all business units.
