Active support is given for labor relations strategies, grievance management, and contract negotiation leadership by identifying key issues and building strong business cases. The focus is on fostering effective relationships with union and business leadership while promoting a culture of ethics, safety, and diversity. Thriving under pressure and adapting to a fast-paced environment are key strengths, along with maintaining clear communication and collaboration within teams.
