I enjoy changing dynamics, leading teams to succeed, and implementing research and ideas into meaningful action and measurable impact on the ground. With over 20 years of leadership experience, I have managed divisions to achieve organizational goals, overseen project teams to develop evidence-based research, and designed and implemented new approaches. A diverse career has benefited me in accumulating various skills, knowledge, and innovative methods-Highlights- Leadership • Lead development and implementation of various complex projects; manage divisions, staff, and contractors; oversee budgets; build partnerships; manage risks. • Roles: Associate Director, Project Lead/ Manager, Supervisor, Senior Researcher and Analyst; Trainer/ Train-the-Trainer. • Board of Directors: CCSI Canada – Advisor on Gender, Diversity, and Inclusion; Advisor on Sanctions Compliance. Toastmasters – Vice President Membership, Secretary Innovative & Results-Based Expertise • Implemented innovative and cost-recovery process to support vulnerable and at-risk populations, increasing knowledge, and developing training expertise. • Developed new typology of characteristics and patterns of individuals and entities that violate United Nations sanctions to guide practitioners reduce non-proliferation violations. • Facilitated development of Canada’s first set of recommended drug-impaired driving indicators.
