ABOUT SHAWNA KRIEZMAN

With over eight years of retail banking experience with TD Canada Trust, Shawna has had the opportunity to develop several important skills while growing in an all-inclusive company she values. While taking on roles as a Customer Service Representative, Personal Banking Associate, Lead Customer Experience Associate and as a Manager, Customer Experience, she has had the opportunity to use skills such as problem solving, time management, and communications which will help her in her new role as Private Banker. She takes pride in working in a team environment and educating new employees. Being a people leader and developing and coaching team members has been at the forefront of her focus and building confidence as well as successful results on the branch scorecard have been achieved. Branch compliance, procedural and regulatory adherence is at the forefront of focus as well. Shawna considers herself a highly motivated individual, capable of taking on a leadership role within a company. She is exceptionally people orientated, working face-to-face with customers on a daily basis and making sure their needs are met in a timely manner. Previous receptionist and administrative work has provided Shawna with ample experience in office management and various administrative skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Social Media tools such as Twitter and Facebook. She is well versed at managing day to day work flow activities, from providing administrative support to managers to exceptional client-service attention and care.
