ABOUT SHAWNA HERNANDEZ
Graduated from SJSU (Kinesiology, Athletic Training) Graduated from Wichita State (Masters in Education, Exercise Science) Completed Fellowship at Olympic Training Center (Co Springs) just before Beijing Olympics. It was an amazing Pre-Olympic year to work! Transitioned to Division I Athletics at SJSU where I worked with the majority of their sports teams (Gymnastics, Volleyball, Basketball, Softball, Soccer, Golf, Swim/Dive, Waterpolo, Tennis). I continued my education with various certifications from Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Titleist Performance Institute (Medical and Fitness), Kinesiotape Certification, Cupping Massage, Orthobiotomy, and Mulligan courses to name a few. I currently work at a High School in Las Vegas and recently began to work with the remote training program through Lance Gill Performance!
