In my current role at Otto, I oversee and implement our Care Memberships’ program packaging, strategies, objectives, and initiatives. We help veterinary hospital teams leverage Care to boost their hospital economy, client retention, team efficiencies, and patient outcomes. As a natural people-person and relationship-builder, I am particularly interested in human (and animal) motivators - you know, what makes \'em tick ⏰ I love finding new ways to use technology to strengthen the bond among pets, their people, and veterinarians.
