I’m the Founder of Chandler Maclain Search Group and a staffing industry executive with over 15 years of experience partnering with organizations to hire high-impact professionals across administrative, HR, healthcare, sales, accounting and finance, technology, construction, and engineering functions. I’ve seen firsthand how much the right hire can shape performance, culture, and long-term growth. My approach has always been grounded in understanding the full picture, not just the role, but the team, the pace of the business, and what success actually looks like once someone is in the seat. Throughout my career, I’ve held executive and regional leadership roles within large national and global staffing organizations, including one of the world’s largest staffing firms by revenue, as well as high-growth firms with strong national footprints across professional and healthcare services. I’ve led multi-market teams across major U.S. regions, carried full business accountability, and driven consistent revenue growth while being recognized for sustained performance and leadership. I founded Chandler Maclain to bring a more focused, disciplined approach to hiring. Too often, the process becomes rushed and transactional. I built this firm to be more intentional, with a clear standard for communication, follow-through, and results. I’m known for being direct, steady, and accountable. I set clear expectations, invest in people, and approach every search with the same level of ownership I would expect if I were the client. Originally from Denver, Colorado, I hold a degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Denver and currently reside in Park City, Utah.
