With more than 20 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering, Mr. Whitmer has been involved in the planning, design, and construction administration and management of various municipal and private engineering projects, including roadway design, stormwater management planning, modeling and design, water/wastewater master planning, water/wastewater/reclaimed water system evaluations, water/wastewater/reclaimed water/gas pipeline designs, wastewater and storm water lift stations, modeling, and design of numerous potable water wells, reservoirs, booster stations, potable water treatment (arsenic, fluoride, nitrate, and TDS removal), wastewater treatment throughout Arizona and Texas.
