Responsible for developing and overseeing portfolio strategies within the Trauma business unit, planning, and executing product phase-outs and SKU rationalization efforts necessary to drive corporate cost savings, while establishing and directing ongoing Product Portfolio Review endeavors. •Supporting integration between Stryker and Wright Medical Group, including evaluation of 140 brands with varying degrees of portfolio redundancy and obtaining alignment to exit 68 brands. Lead execution of these strategic decisions including internal & external PLCM communication and execution of the PLCM phase out process for over 3,500 SKUs to date. •Driving cross functional initiatives through product evaluation including Supply Continuity, GQO assessments, MDR remediation efforts and ad hoc phase out requests. •Conducting monthly Product Portfolio Reviews with senior management to review strategic roadmap and maintain sustainable business performance, identifying priorities for future efforts such as new product innovation, and coordinating market segmentation strategies.
