Tide Homes was founded to build the best homes in the Gulf Coast of Florida. The team provides clients with a deep understanding of the home-building process and the ability to envision what I call “their Forever Home.” My extensive building knowledge and years of experience in the construction industry, as well as being a cost expert in litigation cases and extensive expertise in repairing houses, has translated to high-quality custom homes that are well-orchestrated, accurately budgeted, and delivered on time. Through communication and collaboration, my team and I can take each client’s input and vision and implement it into a build that exceeds their expectations. I am proud to say that we put people first. Whether interacting with clients, trade partners, or each other, we treat everyone with the utmost respect and honesty; we believe it is the only way to develop and maintain lasting relationships. Every member of our team, including subcontractors, commit to maintaining a professional disposition in all situations. Tide Homes builds each home as if it were our own, and by utilizing industry best practices in everything we do, we can be proud of each project we complete. With SS Consultation, law firms and engineers, and associations have retained my team to complete cost of repair estimates for construction projects. Through additional photography and destructive testing, OZ and BC Testing documents existing construction for single-residence and multifamily residences in the state of Florida and Texas. Recognized as a well-respected professional with experience in construction and restoration provides a unique insight that understands the deep level of labor and materials costs required to fix construction issues and restore the client’s buildings. Dueall Construction has repaired thousands of Florida homes and businesses. Our focus is on exterior cladding repair (stucco, siding, etc), balcony repair, and waterproofing. With my entrepreneurial mindset, our breadth across the construction landscape continues to grow and see the outcome of helping people with their homes.
