I come from a family of driven logistics professionals. I have 20+ years of experience across 3PL and direct shipper environments, supporting transportation, warehousing, and supply chain execution. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in leadership and hands-on roles, giving me a strong ability to step into complex operations, identify gaps quickly, and drive practical, results-oriented improvements. My focus has consistently been on improving day-to-day execution - whether that’s optimizing transportation performance, supporting warehouse operations, or building reporting that drives better decision-making. I’ve supported and lead operations tied to major customers including Amazon, Target, and Walgreens, while working cross-functionally with customer service, finance, and operations teams to improve service levels and cost efficiency.
