At Triton Metal Products, our purpose is higher than just the services we provide for our customers. We believe in making a meaningful difference in the world around us; for us, metal fabrication is the vehicle we use to make that difference. We call this The Triton Way, and my role as the Director of Operations is to guide and coach our team in how to live this out for each other, our customers and community. every day. Since coming on as Director of Operations, my responsibilities have been to oversee everything related to production, hire and lead a team of A-List Tritons, and ensure that we are running a safe and productive facility. My role has been to advance the company by continuously improving on three main KPI\'s; Labor utilization, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and Labor Efficiencies. I\'ve also been privileged to build towards the future of Triton\'s production model by implementing a new process of cellular manufacturing.
