My responsibilities are to ensure that the Ministry has a fit for purpose property portfolio, vehicle fleet, facilities management function and business support services.Part of the Organisational Support leadership team, I am responsible for the development and implementation of the national property strategy, fleet strategy and optimisation plan, and providing advice and support on property and facilities matters. I do this by implementing a business partnering model, and think strategically about how we can manage the dollars, deliver on expectations and be forward looking.Managing a team of 11 professionals which brings about the delivery of outcomes, to enhance the Ministry’s reputation with Māori, the Public Sector, Government and by playing our part in giving effect to Te Puni Kōkiri\'s strategic direction of Thriving Whānau.
