Engage customers and partners across Western Canada educating, guiding, and supporting with insights into effective deployment, servicing and management of Windows, security and related modern workplace technologies as a Principal Program Manager. I engage directly with account teams and partners to lead and support initiatives with customer education, issue escalation, planning, content development and delivery as well as and long-term account transformation strategies. In order to drive this success I have been a frequent collaborator working with marketing and engineering to bring the experiences of all teams together to drive common success and enable my peers. Working across teams I have led or contributed to the development of several internal delivery and marketing motions including supporting my peers in a regional champ role for multiple key programs and product solutions.As a passionate product evangelist, I take every opportunity to present the vision of Microsoft and solutions provided with our Microsoft 365 solutions through public speaking, webinars and generating other content to support the field, IT Pros and customers alike.
