Develop and establish deposition equipment capability for global and local R&D for current and next technology nodes.Design and build R&D reactors, include designing electrical schematics; mechanical plumbing, integral parts and developing LabView automation program for CVD/ALD/PEALD reactors to automate system operation and process controls for new precursor testing.Screen new precursors, develop process and execute customer demo.
