With over 20 years of experience in leading people, I am currently the Director of Sales for McCall’s Supply, a family owned company for 55 years. We are the leading distributor of Ruud HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies in the Carolina’s. I lead a team that is responsible for driving sales company wide. My core competencies include customer relationship management (CRM), process improvement, team building, and financial analysis. I leverage these skills to optimize the sales cycle, enhance the customer experience, streamline the operations, and monitor the key metrics. I am passionate about developing and empowering my team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. My mission is to deliver value and quality to our customers, partners, and stakeholders.
