   As the Enterprise Agreements Manager for DON Enterprise Software Licensing (ESL) and the DoD Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI), I provide critical expertise in both information security and enterprise software agreements, contributing to a range of IT acquisition efforts.Lead technical oversight on software development projects and serve as a subject matter expert in the planning, design, and implementation of systems, ensuring compliance with software licensing requirements and business needs. I also oversee contractors supporting software development, ensuring their work aligns with the project’s objectives.Conduct extensive research on software vendors, especially those providing solutions to enhance cybersecurity and information assurance. This includes identifying industry trends, analyzing financial data such as sales history and forecasts, and establishing a business case to justify the costs associated with enterprise agreements.Perform comparative analyses of existing agreements against market trends, pricing structures, and government best practices, with a focus on cybersecurity and information assurance. Based on these evaluations, I provide recommendations for enhancing DoD agreements.As part of cross-functional teams, I identify and document requirements, develop Plans of Action and Milestones, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to track project progress and ensure alignment with program objectives.
